A user test is fast and very effective

User testing is an extremely effective and fast way to eliminate the errors, design mistakes and usability flaws that otherwise frustrate your potentially new and existing customers.

You only need a minimum of 5 persons, at best 8+ persons to carry out a user test. A user test can be carried out within 1-2 days.

The methodology – real life simulation

Our experts carry out user testing based on the “thinking out loud” methodology.

Users are asked to complete different types of tasks while thinking out loud in terms of explaining why they chose to navigate trough certain paths, how they interpret the different pages they experience, why they get stuck, how they would chose alternative navigation paths, etc.

The tasks the users complete, are the ones they would face in real life situations, based on their customer profile.

Recommendations

By testing different tasks across 5-8 (or more) different user profiles, we identify all critical usability flaws and categorize them into critical mistakes you need to fix now, together with a prioritized road map of errors you should fix afterwards.

All identified flaws and errors are supported by prototyped solutions, making it easy for you to improve the solution or design we have evaluated.
